摘要:
肩袖损伤是一种常见的临床疾病,可引起肩部疼痛及活动受限,目前虽然各种医疗技术不断发展,但肩袖损伤修复的失败率仍不令人满意。因此需要寻求新的修复策略来促进肌腱愈合,如富血小板血浆、生物补片或支架、间充质干细胞等这些新兴生物学方法。本文就这些生物治疗在肩袖损伤修复方面的研究进展进行综述。
Abstract:
Rotator cuff injury is a common clinical disease, which can cause shoulder pain and limited movement. Although various medical technologies are constantly developed, the failure rate of rotator cuff injury repair is still unsatisfactory. Therefore, it is necessary to seek new repair strategies to promote tendon healing, such as platelet-rich plasma, biological patches or scaffolds, mesenchymal stem cells and other emerging biological methods. This article reviews the research progress of these biological treatments in rotator cuff injury repair.
