摘要:
目的 探索适应骨科护理特点的最佳护患比和最低护患比限制，为临床护理人力资源分配提供参考。方法 采用护理服务质量评价量表（SERVQUAL）中文版、患者对护理工作满意度调查表、工作倦怠量表（CMBI）对不同护患比状态下的护理质量、患者满意度和护士工作倦怠比例进行问卷调查，分析护患比对上述指标的影响，分别应用函数模型拟合相关关系，预测最佳护患比和最低护患比限制。结果 护患比与护理质量评分、患者满意度、护士工作倦怠比例有一定的相关性，骨科最佳护患比配置0.28，最低护患比限制0.17。结论 临床实践中骨科护理人力资源配置可参考这一比值。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the optimal and the minimum nurse to patient ratios according to the orthopedics characteristics, and to provide reference for clinical nursing human resources allocation. Methods Nursing service quality evaluation scale (SERVQUAL), Patients satisfaction questionnaire, Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory (CMBI) were used to assess the nursing quality, patients satisfaction and the status of paramedics in different nurses to patient ratios, and to analyse the correlation among the results. Results The results showed a certain correlation between nurse to patient ratios and nursing quality scores, patients satisfaction ratios, job-burnout-nurse ratios, which can be described by three functions. By means of function calculation, we found that the optimal nurse to patient ratio is 2.8, and the minimum ratio is 0.17 to ensure the high quality nursing service. Conclusions The optimal nurse to patient ratio of orthopedics is 0.28 and the minimum ratio is 0.17. Nursing human resources allocation can refer to these ratios in clinical practice.
