摘要:
骨质疏松症(osteoporosis, OP)是一个全球公共健康问题,其发病机制尚未完全阐明。近年来研究发现骨细胞过度死亡在 OP 的发病过程中起着重要的作用。随着人类对细胞死亡方式的不断认识,发现除凋亡以外,自噬和程序性坏死也被认为是细胞程序性死亡的方式。本文就骨细胞的这三种程序性死亡方式在 OP 发病机制中的作用进行综述。
Abstract:
Osteoporosis is a global public health problem, the pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated yet. Osteocytes play a crucial role in the pathophysiological process of osteoporosis. Along with constantly understanding of cell death forms, autophagy and necroptosis are regarded as the other modes of programmed cell death besides apoptosis. This article reviews the roles of the three forms of cell death in the pathogenesis of osteoporosis.
