摘要:
从膝关节的应用解剖和生物力学方面详细阐述膝关节骨关节炎(KOA)发病的失平衡与应力集中机制。分析临床中三种治疗 KOA手术方法(胫骨高位截骨术、人工全膝关节置换术、腓骨近端截骨术)的机制与疗效,三种手术均做到了重塑膝关节平衡并逆转了应力集中,有效阻断了疾病进展,进一步证实了 KOA发病的失平衡与应力集中机制。
Abstract:
We investigated the off-balance and stress concentration mechanisms of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) based on the application of the knee anatomy and biomechanics. The mechanisms and therapy effects of three clinical surgical treatment of KOA were analyzed including high tibial osteotomy, total knee arthroplasty and partial resection of the proximal fibula. All three kinds of operations were performed to reshape the balance of the knee and reversed the stress concentration. Improved clinical results confirmed all surgeries can block the progression of KOA, which further confirmed the correctness of off-balance and stress concentration mechanisms in knee osteoarthritis.
