摘要:
骨关节炎是老年人群中极其常见的疾病,目前尚无完全有效的治疗方法。药物治疗作为骨关节炎的一线治疗手段在改善临床症状,延缓疾病发展方面具有重要的作用。近年来随着临床医师对治疗药物的使用增多,对药物的疗效及副作用方面的理解也越来越多。本文就骨关节炎的药物治疗方面的研究进展及展望进行综述,以期对临床治疗提供参考。
Abstract:
Osteoarthritis (OA) is an very common disease among elderly people but still no effective therapy to cure. Drug therapy-as the first line treatment in OA has been proved valuable in releasing the clinical symptom and slow down the progress of the disease. Along with constantly use of drug therapy, the comprehension of the effect and side effect of drugsaregrowing. This article reviews the present and outlook of drug therapy, hopefully it can provide theoretical basis for clinical treatment of OA.
