摘要:
髋关节Pilon骨折和踝关节Pilon骨折具有相同的受力机制。髋关节Pilon骨折是指轴向暴力撞击髋臼顶部负重区形成的骨折。该类骨折是一种严重的关节内骨折,通常需要切开复位内固定手术。本文对髋关节Pilon的受伤机制、生物力学特点、分型及治疗进行简要阐述。
Abstract:
The hip Pilon fracture and the ankle pilon fracture have the same mechanism of injury. The fracture of the weight- bearing area of acetabular as a result of axial force was defined as the hip Pilon fracture. The hip Pilon fracture is a kind of serious intra-articular fracture, which needs open reduction an internal fixation. In this article, we made a preliminary clinical study on the injury mechanism, biomechanics, classification and treatment of the hip Pilon fracture.
