摘要:
 【摘要】 目的 观察空心螺钉内固定治疗65岁以上老年股骨颈骨折的疗效。方法 前瞻性收集2012年3月至2017年5月符合纳入排除标准的65岁以上老年股骨颈骨折患者25例，作为观察组，同时选取21例65岁以下股骨颈骨折患者作为对照组，两组均采用闭合复位空心螺钉内固定，比较分析两组间的疗效差异。结果 两组随访时间12～36个月，平均（22±7）个月。观察组25例中获随访23例，骨折不愈合1例，股骨头缺血坏死2例；对照组21例中均获随访，骨折不愈合1例，股骨头缺血坏死1例，差异无统计学意义。术后1年髋关节Harris评分观察组平均为（78±11）分，对照组平均为（82±9）分，两组差异无统计学意义。结论 应用空心螺钉内固定治疗老年股骨颈骨折仍可获得低年龄组股骨颈骨折一样的治疗效果。
Abstract:
 【Abstract】 Obejective To observe the effect of internal fixation with cannulated screws in the treatment of patients over 65 years with femoral neck fractures. Methods Twenty five patients over 65 years met the inclusive and exclusive criteria from March 2012 to May 2017 were included in the observation group, and at the same time, 21 patients with femoral neck fractures under 65 years old were selected as the control group. Both groups were treated with closed reduction and cannulated screw fixation. The difference of clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared. Results In the observation group, 23 cases were followed up, 1 case occurred nonunion, 2 cases had avascular necrosis of the femoral head. 21 cases of the control group were followed up, 1 case had nonunion, 1 case had avascular necrosis of the femoral head, there was no significant difference between the two groups. The difference of Harris score has no statistically significant between the observation group(78±11) and control group (82±9) at 1 year postoperatively. Conclusions The treatment of cannulated femoral neck fractures with cannulated screws can still achieve the same therapeutic effect as femoral neck fractures in the lower age group.
