摘要:
目的 观察股骨近端抗螺旋型髓内钉(PFNA)治疗90岁以上高龄股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法 回顾性分析2014年1月至2016年12月间中国人民解放军武汉总医院骨科收治的26例采用PFNA治疗的90岁以上高龄股骨转子间骨折患者资料,进行术后随访并采用Harris髋关节功能评分标准评估治疗效果。结果 26例患者全部获得随访,时间为(9±2)个月。骨折全部愈合,1例患者术后发生髋内翻,按Harris评分标准,优8例,良12例,可5例,差1例,优良率76.92%。结论 PFNA治疗90岁以上高龄股骨转子间骨折的疗效较好。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the curative effect of proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA) in the treatment of nonagenarian intertrochanteric fractures. Methods A retrospective study was performed in 26 cases of nonagenarian intertrochanteric fracture who underwent proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA) in Wuhan General Hospital of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army from January 2014 to December 2016. Harris hip functions scoring criteria was followed up to evaluate the treating effectiveness. Results Twenty-six patients were well followed up, the average time was 9±2 months. All fractures were healed and  one coxa vara occurred. According to Harris scoring criteria, 8 cases were excellent, 12 good , 5 fair, 1 bad, the excellent rate was 76.92%. Conclution PFNA had comparable well curative effect in the treatment of nonagenarian intertrochanteric fractures.
