摘要:
脆性骨折是我国中老年人常见的骨骼疾病，也是骨质疏松症最严重的后果。因其发病率高、致残致死率高、医疗花费高等特点，严重影响我国老年人的生活质量，给患者、家庭和社会造成了沉重的负担。脆性骨折的社会风险随着社会老龄化的加剧而与日俱增，已成为我国建设健康老年社会所面临的巨大挑战。本文就脆性骨折的特点、流行病学、危险因素、预防和治疗等方面进行讨论，以期总结经验，为未来的治疗及研究提供帮助。
Abstract:
Fragility fracture is a common bone disease in middle-aged and elderly people in China, and it is also the most serious consequence of osteoporosis. Due to its high morbidity, high disability and death rate, and high medical costs, it has seriously affected the quality of life of the elderly in China and caused a heavy burden to patients, families, and society. The social risk of fragility fracture is increasing with the aggravation of social aging and has become a huge challenge for China to build a healthy elderly society. This article discusses the characteristics, epidemiology, risk factors, prevention, and treatment of fragility fractures, in order to summarize the experience and provide assistance for future treatment and research.
