摘要:
肩袖损伤是引起肩痛及肩关节功能障碍的常见原因之一，其发病率高，可严重影响患者的生活质量，肩袖修复失败是目前临床工作中面临的巨大挑战。富血小板血浆作为组织修复再生的一种新兴疗法，为临床治疗肩袖损伤提供了新的思路。本文通过近几年的文献研究，阐述了富血小板血浆的制备、其生物学特性及近几年的体外、动物及临床试验等方面的研究现状，旨在规范富血小板血浆在肩袖损伤中的临床应用，找到富血小板血浆治疗肩袖损伤的最佳治疗条件。
Abstract:
Rotator cuff injury is one of the common causes of shoulder pain and shoulder joint dysfunction, which has a high incidence and can seriously affect the quality of life of patients. The failure of rotator cuff repair is a huge challenge in clinical work at present. Platelet-rich plasma, as a new therapy for tissue repair and regeneration, provides a new idea for clinical treatment of rotator cuff injury. In this paper, through the literature research in recent years, the preparation of platelet-rich plasma, its biological characteristics and the research status of in vitro, animal and clinical trials in recent years are expounded, aiming at standardizing the clinical application of platelet-rich plasma in rotator cuff injury and finding the best treatment conditions for rotator cuff injury.
