摘要:: 随着我国加速康复外科理念和骨科康复一体化建设的推进，越来越多的骨科与康复医学专业人员认识到骨科围手术期康复的重要性。但是，目前骨科围手术期康复推进速度和覆盖率与大家期望有较大差距，一个重要原因是缺乏实践性强的围手术期康复方案。掌握围手术期康复方案的构建方法，有助于规范和因地制宜地开展骨科围手术期康复。为此，本文总结了多年来与骨科密切合作制订骨科围手术康复方案的七个步骤以及实践经验，探讨如何科学的建立适合本单位的骨科围手术期康复方案。

Abstract:: With the promotion of the concept of enhanced recovery aftersurgery and the integration of orthopaedic rehabilitation in China, more and more orthopaedic and rehabilitation medicine professionals recognize the importance of perioperative rehabilitation inorthopaedic surgery. However, there is a large gap between the speed and coverage of perioperative rehabilitation and what people expect, and one of the important reasons is the lack of practice-oriented perioperative rehabilitation programs. Mastering the construction methods of perioperative rehabilitation programsis helpful to standardize andadjust measures to local conditions. Therefore, this article summarized the seven steps of developing an orthopedic perioperative rehabilitation program based on close cooperation with the department of orthopedic over the years, and discussed how to scientifically establish a suitable orthopaedic perioperative rehabilitation program.
