摘要:: 目的系统评价和整合髋部骨折患者居家康复体验的质性研究，为改善患者生活质量及构建居家康复支持体系提供借鉴及参考。方法计算机检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、SinoMed、CINAHL、Scopus、PsycINFO文献数据库、中国知网（CNKI）、维普数据库（VIP）、万方数据库等，检索时限为建库至2022年11月。结果共纳入15篇文献，提炼出58个研究结果，归纳出9个新类别，合成3个整合结果：重视患者康复体验，疏导负性情绪；强化持续性支持系统，提升患者对疾病的认知；提高居家患者个人应对能力，使其在疾病经历中获益和成长。结论髋部骨折患者术后居家康复过程中存在较多阻碍，护理工作者应高度重视患者的康复体验及需求，增强其主观能动性、个人应对能力及康复锻炼积极性，从而尽早恢复日常活动能力，提高患者居家活动质量。

Abstract:: Objective To systematically evaluate and integrate qualitative studies on the home rehabilitation experience of patients with hip fracture, so as to provide reference for improving the quality of life of patients and constructing home rehabilitation support system. Methods Computer search PubMed, Embase, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, SinoMed, CINAHL, Scopus, PsycINFO literature database, CNKI, VIP database, Wanfang database, etc. The search period is up to November 2022. Results A total of 15 literatures were included, 58 research results were extracted, 9 new categories were summarized, and 3 integrated results were synthesized, namely, attaching importance to patients’ rehabilitation experience and channelling negative emotions; Strengthen the continuous support system to improve patients’ awareness of the disease; Improve the personal coping capacity of patients at home so that they can benefit and grow from the illness experience. Conclusions There are many obstacles in the process of home rehabilitation of patients with hip fracture after surgery. Nursing workers should attach great importance to the rehabilitation experience and needs of patients, enhance their subjective initiative, personal coping ability and enthusiasm for rehabilitation exercise, so as to restore the ability of daily activities as soon as possible and improve the quality of patients’ home activities.
