摘要:
本文在明确了膝关节骨关节炎基本病理过程和临床表现以及短波疗法的基本工作原理基础上,从疗效、连续短波与脉冲短波的区别、生物机制和安全性四个方面对短波疗法治疗膝关节骨关节炎研究成果进行了概述。指出短波疗法治疗膝关节骨关节炎疗效尚存在争议,进一步加强临床和基础研究是当前工作的重点。
Abstract:
Based on the analysis of the pathological process and clinical manifestations of knee osteoarthritis, and the mechanism of short wave therapy, we summarized the effect, the difference between continuous wave and short wave, the biological mechanism and security of short wave therapy on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. The efficacy of short wave therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is still controversial, and the in-depth clinical and basic research is the key at present.
