摘要:
髋部骨折是骨科常见骨折类型,因其逐年增高的发病率和死亡率越来越受到人们关注,但影响髋部骨折治疗的因素依然存在较多争议。本文从指导临床工作的目的出发,对髋部骨折的治疗方法、手术时机、围手术期抗凝策略等方面进行了综述。
Abstract:
Hip fracture is a common type of orthopedic fractures. It attracts people’s attention as the increased morbidity and mortality. However, the influencing factors of hip fracture treatment are still controversial. In order to guide the clinical work, this article gives a brief introduction on therapies, time of surgery and perioperative anticoagulant strategies of hip fracture.
