摘要:
人工全髋关节置换术是目前治疗髋关节病变的有效方法之一,并广泛应用于多种髋关节病变,尤其适用于老年患者。合理的术后康复治疗可有效预防髋关节置换术后各种并发症,保持髋关节稳定,尽快恢复髋关节功能。笔者查阅了国内外康复医学的相关文献资料,将与髋关节置换术后康复训练有关的问题综述如下,以期为术后患者制定合理的康复计划提供参考。
Abstract:
Artificial hip arthroplasty is one of the effective methods to treat hip diseases nowadays, it has been widely applied in a variety of hip diseases, especially in aged patients. In order to reduce the risk of various complications after total hip arthroplasty and maintain the stability of the hip joint, it is important to take reasonable postoperative rehabilitations. We consult relevant domestic and foreign literature, summarize current problems of rehabilitation training after hip replacement to provide a reference for postoperative patients with reasonable rehabilitation plan.
